Role Description RW Relocation Services is seeking a licensed California real estate agent to assist with in-person rental showings in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role can also includes assisting with rental sourcing and client support, particularly for clients with specific needs such as parking, pets, or unique lease considerations. This position is ideal for an agent who: • Enjoys rental and relocation work • Is comfortable helping clients overcome common leasing obstacles • Wants flexible, showing-based work with potential for ongoing collaboration Qualifications • Conduct in-person rental showings in San Francisco and surounding areas as needed • Assist in sourcing rental listings that meet client criteria • Help address and navigate common rental challenges, including parking availability, pet policies, and property restrictions • Represent RW Relocation Services professionally with clients, listing agents, landlords, and property owners • Communicate promptly regarding showing feedback, client impressions, and next steps • Coordinate access, lockboxes, keys, and showing logistics • Answer property and neighborhood questions during showings • Follow all Fair Housing laws and company guidelines ⸻ Skills & Qualifications Required Must-Have: • Active California real estate license • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally • Strong communication skills (text, email, and in-person) • Professional appearance and demeanor • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented • Familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly) Preferred / Nice-to-Have: • Experience with rentals and/or relocation services • Ability to problem-solve around client needs such as parking and pets • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision • Experience with professional or high-end clients • Tech-savvy (ChatGPT, Parking Apps, Rental Search Websites, Google Calendar, etc.) ⸻ Position Details: • Type: Independent Contractor • Location: San Francisco Bay Area • Schedule: Flexible; showing-based • Duration: During maternity leave, with potential for ongoing collaboration • Compensation: Per showing or agreed-upon structure (to be discussed) Apply tot his job
