Job Ad – Short-Form Video Marketing Expert (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) Location: Remote (coordination with founder in Cape Coral, FL) Pay: Open, based on experience Commitment: Contract, hours flexible, project-based We’re looking for a short-form video marketing expert to promote Iris Light Within, an AI-based wellness app. This role focuses on creating and scaling growth through platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. You should understand how to blend creative storytelling with platform-specific trends to drive installs, engagement, and brand awareness. What you’ll do • Develop and manage short-form video strategies across YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok • Run paid advertising campaigns on these platforms to boost installs and engagement • Create or oversee production of authentic, trend-aware content that resonates with each audience • Collaborate with creators/influencers to expand reach • Track performance analytics (views, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategy • Work directly with the founder to align visual storytelling with the app’s goals What we’re looking for • Proven track record of growing accounts or running campaigns with short-form video platforms • Experience in both organic content growth and paid ad buying • Ability to script, edit, or guide the creation of impactful short videos • Strong grasp of platform algorithms, cultural trends, and creative hooks • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, working directly with the founder Why this role Short-form video is one of the fastest ways to grow app awareness.
