Shopify Developer
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer in Latin America to build a high-converting ecommerce funnel for a DTC brand launch. This project-based role offers the potential for future collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development and a proven track record of building conversion-focused funnels. eJam is a fast-growing DTC incubator powering top-performing consumer brands. We're obsessed with testing, iterating, and scaling — and we’re looking for a high-performance Shopify Developer who lives and breathes CRO, fast experiment cycles, and clean, scalable code. You will work closely with our CRO team, designers, and media buyers to build and optimize high-converting Shopify stores, custom funnels, dynamic product pages, and revenue-driving post-purchase experiences. This isn’t a "basic theme edits" role — we're looking for developers who can execute on complex funnel logic, testing frameworks, speed optimization, and performance-driven builds. Requirements: 3+ years Shopify development experience Proven experience building conversion-focused Shopify stores Strong portfolio including: High-performing funnels (e.g., advertorial, PDP, checkout) Custom checkout plus upsell logic you've personally developed Subscription builds and flows A/B test implementations and results Advanced tracking setups (GA4, Meta Pixel, custom event triggers) Strong understanding of: Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Page speed optimization, schema, SEO basics eCommerce UX/UI patterns plus CRO best practices Experience integrating tools such as: Zipify, Rebuy, Loop, Bold, Klarna, Gorgias (or similar) Headless frameworks is a plus, not required Comfortable operating in fast-paced testing environment Reliable, proactive communicator, able to manage your own workload You’ll Succeed Here If You: Love shipping fast + iterating (speed greater than perfection) Think in terms of conversion, data, and incremental wins Enjoy creative problem-solving and building bespoke solutions Have a “test everything” mindset and thrive in high-growth environments Nice to Have: Past DTC brand experience Experience with A/B testing tools & CRO methodology API experience (Meta CAPI, server side tracking) Experience with Figma hand-offs & design systems Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, Unbounce, Google Optimize) Benefits: 100% remote Work with a top-performing eCom & CRO team Opportunity to contribute to high-scale, high-velocity growth environments Potential for long-term full-time role + growth Apply tot his job
