SFDC Administrator/BA
Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and platform configuration in alignment with evolving business needs • Perform hands-on configuration tasks including flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, user and permission management • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to gather, document, and translate both business and technical requirements • Author detailed user stories in JIRA and ensure traceability through delivery • Act as a liaison between business process owners and technical implementers • Prepare Salesforce for upcoming integrations with: Required Skills & Experience: • Must have hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience, including configuration of profiles, roles, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards • Proven ability to manage Salesforce platform configuration independently with minimal reliance on development resources • Experience working on Salesforce integration projects (e.g., ERP, CPQ, or CLM) • Strong business analysis skills: requirement gathering, writing user stories, stakeholder communication, and backlog management • Familiarity with collaboration and delivery tools like JIRA, Confluence, and monday.com • Preferred experience working with transformation programs in mid-sized or enterprise settings • Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP) • CPQ/CLM (Conga) • LIM (Sapio) • monday.com (project management and collaboration tools) Apply tot his job
