Service BDC Representative
Toyota Santa Monica is an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry. We’re growing our team and looking for a driven, diligent, and enthusiastic Service BDC Representative to join our Service Center. Responsibilities As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll be the voice of our Service Center. Your role will include: • Scheduling service appointments through outbound calls • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries • Following up on maintenance, recalls, no-shows, and parts notifications • Coordinating with Service Advisors to book appointments • Addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction through follow-ups • Maintaining accurate customer records and meeting service goals Qualifications • Required: At least 1 year of prior experience as a Call Center Rep, Service BDC Rep, or in a similar role • Excellent communication and strong organizational skills with attention to detail • A cheerful, enthusiastic, and professional disposition • Strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment • Professional appearance and reliability • Comfort with customer interactions, both by phone and electronically Schedule This role follows our Service Center hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays. You’ll always have Sundays off and one extra weekday off each week. This position requires availability during Service Center hours of operation: • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Sunday: Closed Compensation • This position pays $20.00/hour, plus bonus opportunities based off performance, such as Individual Appointment Shown.
