Deep understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and UX best practices. Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines consistently. Meticulous attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Nice to Have Experience designing scalable, modular Webflow systems. Familiarity with CRO testing, analytics, and performance monitoring. Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries. Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). What Success Looks Like Exceptionally fast, polished, and reliable Webflow sites. Seamless integration of CMS content, interactions, and SEO foundations. Premium UI that feels intentional, modern, and trustworthy. A scalable architecture that supports growth without technical debt. A long-term working relationship built on trust, quality, and execution. How to Apply (Important) Apply only through Upwork. Do not contact us outside of Upwork—applications submitted via email, LinkedIn, or other channels will not be considered. Include links to Webflow sites you personally built or led. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. This is an opportunity to work with a mission-driven, fast-scaling healthcare company that treats its websites like a product, not a project. If you build with taste, discipline, and performance in mind, we’d love to see your work. Apply tot his job
