Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Job Description: • Build and lead a team of Strategic Partner Managers • Guide the team to build relationships with and manage key strategic partners • Ensure that the team is successfully performing their roles • Impact growth of gross profit target by growing the programs of key partners • Set and achieve ambitious goals by focusing on process improvements • Prioritize partner retention by implementing strategies to decrease churn • Assist the team in maintaining and improving alignment across cross-functional teams • Work in conjunction with analytics and BI team to develop better tools for client reporting • Take ownership of cross-functional projects including policies, procedures, and process improvements • Develop partner strategies/account plans with insights, long-term vision, KPI targets and relationship development plans • Manage delivery of core partner KPIs including revenue, profitability, and other success metrics • Identify new opportunities, sell in and negotiate with the partner Requirements: • 15+ years of experience managing strategic B2B partners/clients • 5+ years of experience managing a team • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven ability to implement and onboard new strategic partners • Proven ability to navigate customer organizations and work collaboratively with decision makers • Proven ability to manage strategic relationships at a high-level (including C-level) • Proven ability to build and lead a strong team at a high growth organization • Proven ability to coach varying skill levels • Proven ability to grow existing partnerships with a land and expand approach • Proven ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, utilizing creative thinking to deliver value to stakeholders • Proven ability to measure the results of the team’s work • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Project management experience, excel at juggling multiple projects and stakeholders Benefits: • competitive pay • flexible time off • benefits package (including medical, dental, vision) • Employee Stock Purchase Program • 401k match • paid parking • snacks • occasional meals Apply tot his job
