Senior Vendor Contract Relationship Manager

Develop and implement overall vendor relationship management strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact and managing all aspects of the vendor contract lifecycle. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns with vendors, utilizing effective negotiation skills to resolve conflicts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vendor performance metrics and measures. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management, and make recommendations for process improvements. Lead a team of vendor contract relationship managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success. Develop and maintain vendor management policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on vendor relationships and performance. Manage vendor contracts and agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Monitor vendor costs and budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient vendor relationships. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on vendor management strategies. Conduct vendor risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans. Ensure all vendor relationships and contracts are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all vendor contracts and relationships. Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and relationship management to senior leadership. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in vendor management. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to vendor management.
