Our Network Planning department is the backbone of our operations, analyzing market trends, economic conditions, and customer demand to determine our flight schedules, routes, and aircraft deployments. As a Senior Technical Product Engineer, you'll be integral to developing and maintaining the applications that empower our Network Planning team to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Driving Innovation in Network Planning Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate and optimize business processes, re-engineering them as needed to enhance efficiency and productivity. Document user stories and business requirements, applying your analytical skills to resolve complex issues and recommend innovative solutions. Manage the end-to-end design, development, production, and support of products within the Flight Schedules domain, ensuring high-quality automation solutions that meet business needs. Plan and track project deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and any potential risks or delays. Remove blockers to delivery, escalating issues when necessary, and effectively manage risks and dependencies across internal departments and external partners. Conduct analyses to support management decisions, proactively communicating any challenges or risks during the automation development sprints. Coordinate among multiple cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, including UAT and post-deployment validation. Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in a related field such as IT or aviation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering. Experience working with AWS cloud environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proven ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, defining agile requirements and ensuring the delivery of tangible benefits. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate and partner with stakeholders to prioritize backlog. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: What Will Give You a Competitive Edge Previous experience in the airline scheduling and network planning domain, with a deep understanding of the industry's complexities. Background in software delivery, with experience working on Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
