The TA team partners deeply with leaders across all groups, embedding as strategic advisors, and constantly evolving our craft to scale hiring in innovative and impactful ways. The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across Canva, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Vibe (Workplace Experience). We are looking for a California based Talent Acquisition Partner to support some of our US based roles while working closely with our Business TA team based in Australia. You’ll work closely with US recruiting teams too, based in California and Austin. At the moment, this role is focused on: Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs. Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent. Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions. Contributing to global TA initiatives and helping shape Canva’s talent brand in the U.S. You’re probably a match if: You’ve got significant experience in business recruiting across multiple functions. The target base salary range for this position is $138,000 – $200,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates’ skills and experience.
