As a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will be an integral part of this team, providing hands-on support and expertise to help selling partners optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with selling partners to deep dive their supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Analyze data and metrics to determine opportunities for improvement, drive process changes, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Develop and communicate supply chain strategies to senior leadership, selling partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and results communication, ensuring timely and effective execution. Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies, leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL. Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with selling partners, internal stakeholders, and attend industry events. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field. 5+ years of supply chain experience, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, with a strong analytical mindset. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience driving process improvements, with a focus on supply chain operations. Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. 7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations. Supply chain knowledge, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations, including forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, and vendor management. Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Amazon is a total compensation company, with a range of benefits and perks available to our employees. The base pay for this role ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
