Our Customer Listening Team is dedicated to capturing and analyzing customer feedback, informing business decisions that drive growth and improvement. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in shaping our Voice of Customer strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the development of robust data architectures and analytics solutions. Develop and maintain the new Voice of Customer methodology, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by Qualtrics. Design and build scalable data model architectures to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing. Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, designing and developing software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end methodology. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you'll need: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven projects. Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business teams. Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong technical skills in data architecture, data modeling, and analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Hive, and Spark. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
