As a Senior Solutions Consultant - Remote, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients and stakeholders to drive success and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Driving Client Success and Delivering Results As a Senior Solutions Consultant - Remote, you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties that drive client success and deliver results. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Evaluating client's existing HR landscape and commercial position and formulating a strategy and roadmap for client success Supporting RFP projects by acting as the senior consultant on assigned RFP engagements, providing expert guidance and recommendations Providing functional area expertise to assist client resources with making technology support decisions, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed Creating and maintaining documents tracking market information about HCM technology vendors, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients Acting as functional lead or business analyst on assigned engagements, representing the client on HCM technology implementations and ensuring that their needs are met Acting as tester or test lead on assigned engagements, representing the client on HCM technology implementations and ensuring that solutions are thoroughly tested and validated Making configuration changes and updates security profiles by acting as the super user in client's system, ensuring that solutions are properly configured and secure Liaising with vendors on behalf of the client to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing expert guidance and support Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements To succeed as a Senior Solutions Consultant - Remote at OneDigital, you'll need to have a strong foundation in HR technology and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Some of the essential qualifications, skills, and requirements for this role include: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and payroll system support, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems and how they interact/interface with each other Experience with a variety of HRIS and payroll systems, including Dayforce and/or UKG (highly desired) Moderate to extensive experience with Smartsheet (highly desired) Highly self-motivated and customer-centric, with exceptional time management skills and a strong desire to ensure customer success Ability to analyze system defects and quickly identify solutions, with a strong understanding of HR business process delivery models Ability to make configuration changes, thoroughly testing changes, and liaising with client for sign off to move to prod Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy, and poise under pressure Ability to work with a collaborative work style, maintaining strictest confidence and effectively liaising with client SMEs and named contacts Skill in effectively using ticket systems such as ServiceNow, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Smartsheet (highly desirable) Skill in general report writing using application level tools, with the ability to independently learn, configure, and test various HCM tools What We Offer: Career Growth, Learning Benefits, and a Collaborative Culture At OneDigital, we're committed to creating a culture that supports career growth, learning, and development.
