Senior Safety and Risk Management Consultant
Job Description: • Provides clients with onsite and virtual safety and risk management services. • Conducts loss control surveys onsite or virtual. • Evaluates the effectiveness of the client's hazard controls associated with their operations. • Creates action plans for safety and risk management services, visiting (onsite or virtual) some clients several times per year. • Serves as a subject matter expert in assigned safety areas or industries. • Develops and delivers training programs to support the implementation of new or revised safety protocols. • Conducts periodic audits of client safety programs to assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • A minimum of 7 years as a loss control consultant (or equivalent related experience) • Minimum safety designation such as COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, ALCM, CSHCO, CCSHCO, ASP, CSP, CRM, or others. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Continuous access to a reliable, dependable, and safe vehicle and ability to drive on behalf of company business • Must authorize enrollment in an Employers Pull Notice Program (DMV driving records) for the duration of employment Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
