RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the performance of the research study under the medical supervision of the Principal Investigator and the research director. • Oversee 8 clinics with direct reports. Supervisor or Manager experience is required. • The research coordinator is responsible for the overall successful implementation and ongoing site management of the research studies. • Oversee assurance of adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice and FDA regulations. • Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing. QUALIFICATIONS • RN with a minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience and research experience is required. • Candidates should have effective communication skills, • organized, • detail oriented, • strong patient advocates. • Candidates must be available to travel to investigators meetings. • Valid Driver’s License, in state of residency, for travel to clinics. • Must comply with the Company’s Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy #FCS-RX #LI-DL1 SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screens Safeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve.
