What You'll Do As a key member of our legal team, you'll: • Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-value real estate contracts, including purchase/sale agreements, leases, and financing documents. • Conduct meticulous due diligence to uncover risks and ensure regulatory compliance. • Review title documents and perform title searches to guarantee clean property transfers. • Advise clients on development projects, zoning laws, and regulatory frameworks. • Oversee closing procedures, ensuring every legal detail is flawlessly executed. • Counsel clients on risk mitigation strategies and financial structuring. • Stay ahead of legal trends and market shifts to provide forward-thinking guidance. What You Bring • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in New York (or ability to obtain). • 6+ years of hands-on experience in real estate transactional law. • Deep expertise in contract negotiation, title review, leasing, and financing. • Commercial real estate experience is a strong plus. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
