Senior Prompt Engineer for Multi-Format AI Content Engine (Brand + ICP Logic)
We are building an AI-based content, outbound, and lead-generation platform. We need a Prompt Engineer / AI Workflow Architect to design the logic behind: - content creation - ICP variants - brand tone engine - outbound message templates - inbound content remixes - pop-culture spins - carousel + video script generation You will work closely with the Lovable builder and integrations engineer. Responsibilities: - Write prompts for multi-format content creation (text, carousel, scripts) - Build an ICP transformation logic (one content → multiple ICP versions) - Create brand tone profiles - Build outbound sequences and DM templates - Design AI workflows for content remixing - Ensure consistent voice and quality across all outputs - Document prompts clearly Requirements: - Strong prompt engineering experience - Excellent written English - Deep understanding of B2B content + LinkedIn style - Ability to write structured, reusable AI workflows - Experience with long-form + short-form + messaging prompts - Able to think in systems, not just one-off prompts Apply tot his job
