Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework. At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing strategic relationships and driving business outcomes.
