Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate air transportation opportunities and develop product solutions that meet customer needs. Develop and manage product strategy, defining product requirements and working closely with stakeholders to gain buy-in. Collaborate with Technology and Research Science teams to design, test, and productionize technology solutions that support effective management of the air transportation network. Manage and coordinate multiple project assignments, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery. Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success. Represent Amazon Air with partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and implementation of objectives. Navigate ambiguity, managing multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Product, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Product or Supply Chain Management, Business Development, or Technology. Experience owning end-to-end delivery within aviation, transportation, or a related industry. Experience building product roadmap strategy and definition. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent. Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders. Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).
