We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead our data visualization and business intelligence initiatives for our ticketing platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our reporting suite, focusing on creating user-friendly, data-driven solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions. Work-Life This role is hybrid-remote with an optional work environment at our Santa Monica office, located on the 3rd Street Promenade. Most teams run West Coast Hours with lots of autonomy. We are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders Responsibilities • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our data visualization and business intelligence products within our client platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs that are crucial for our clients' success in the ticketing industry. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for our reporting suite, prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data. • Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure the efficient collection, processing, and presentation of relevant data sets. • Conduct user research and usability studies to continuously improve the reporting suite's functionality and user experience. • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in data visualization. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging for the reporting suite. • Monitor and evaluate product performance, facilitating continuous iteration and improvement based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Requirements • 5+ years in product management in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics products. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Strong technical understanding of data analytics, SQL, and database management. • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Proven record of delivering successful data-driven products improving customer experience and driving business growth. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in the ticketing or events industry is a plus.
