As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Strategy & Planning (50%) * **Empathize with and understand end users**: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product strategy and direction. * **Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy**: Communicate product priorities and direction to development teams, matrixed teams, and third-party partners. * **Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value**: Continuously monitor and refine product backlogs based on learnings and customer feedback. * **Manage and groom the product backlog**: Make future decisions based on the value that will be delivered to customers. * **Partner with Finance to understand financial needs**: Assist in the creation of business plans for new opportunities and ensure alignment with financial goals. * **Monitor research and competitive landscape**: Recommend the best solutions to ensure products remain or become best-in-class. ### Delivery & Execution (20%) * **Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses**: Conduct user research and testing to validate product ideas and identify areas for improvement. * **Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards**: Ensure that all quality and change control standards are met to deliver high-quality products. * **Create, prioritize, and accept user stories**: Incorporate user stories into release planning and make product decisions that drive value on a daily basis. * **Identify and consider pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value**: Participate in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives to ensure effective product delivery. ### People (30%) * **Foster collaboration with team members**: Drive value and identify and resolve impediments with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders. * **Act as a proponent of modern software development practices**: Advocate for the end user and stakeholder by becoming associated with the product and empathizing with user needs. * **Work with the product team to continuously assess progress**: Disseminate lessons learned and understand next steps to ensure effective product delivery. * **Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations**: Execute on product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. * **Guide more junior team members**: Provide guidance and support to junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasks. **Requirements** To succeed as a Senior Product Manager -
