Job Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with solid experience in payment systems, particularly in card transaction authorization and confirmation. This professional will lead the development and evolution of products in a platform that ensure efficient, secure, and compliant transaction confirmations, with deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard product rules and specifications. Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for card confirmation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.Act as the main point of contact between engineering, business, compliance teams, issuers, and external partners (such as card networks and acquirers).Ensure products comply with the latest Visa and Mastercard rules and updates.Monitor and analyze card transaction confirmation performance metrics (approval rates, declines, fraud, etc.) and drive continuous improvements.Participate in technical and strategic forums with card networks and partners to anticipate regulatory and technological changes.Conduct discovery with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.Define and prioritize functional and technical requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.Collaborate with other teams on the development of cross-squad enhancements.Ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience, and scalability. ​ This is a remote position. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDProven experience as a Product Manager in the payments industry, with a focus on card confirmation.Deep understanding of Visa and Mastercard product rules and technical specifications.Familiarity with authorization flows, ISO 8583 messaging, and integration with acquirers and issuers.Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and the dynamics of our target markets.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with cross-functional/multicultural teams, clients, and partners.Strong critical thinking and vision, with the ability to articulate and implement improvements in processes and products.Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make evidence-based decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Intermediate to advanced English (for reading technical documentation and interacting with global partners).
