Senior Pitch Deck Consultant for AI Healthcare and Public Policy
Job Description We are seeking an experienced pitch deck consultant / strategist to design two feature-rich, high-impact pitch decks for an AI-driven healthcare and data platform operating at the intersection of public health, medical cannabis, outcomes research, and regulatory transparency. This is not a basic design job. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, structure complex ideas clearly, and tailor messaging precisely for two very different audiences: 1. Investors 2. Government / Federal & Regulatory Agencies About the Platform We are building an AI-driven medical outcomes and governance platform that aggregates large-scale, anonymized patient data to: • Clearly delineate medical vs. recreational cannabis • Restore clinical integrity and transparency • Provide outcomes-based insights for patients, physicians, regulators, and policymakers • Support evidence-based alternatives that may reduce reliance on certain prescription medications We currently have: • 10+ years of operational data • 50,000+ legitimate patient outcomes • A working platform (not a concept) • Active engagement with federal agencies (HHS-level outreach) Scope of Work Deck #1 – Investor Pitch Deck Audience: Institutional investors, strategic partners, healthcare / data investors This deck should focus on: • Problem & market failure • Our AI-driven solution & competitive advantage • Proprietary data moat (scale, structure, defensibility) • Product architecture (high level, not code) • Go-to-market strategy • Revenue models • Scalability (national + global) • Vision & long-term impact • Optional: roadmap & expansion opportunities Tone: Confident, scalable, investable Deck #2 – Government / Regulatory Pitch Deck Audience: Federal agencies, regulators, public health officials, policymakers This deck should focus on: • Public health problem & policy gap • Corruption risk created by lack of outcomes data • Need for clear separation between medical and recreational cannabis • How AI + structured data restore transparency and accountability • Privacy, safeguards, non-diagnostic positioning • Outcomes-based evidence & real-world impact • Alignment with public health and regulatory missions • How the platform supports—not replaces—clinical judgment Tone: Neutral, non-promotional, data-first, regulator-ready What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience building investor decks AND government / policy decks ✅ Strong understanding of healthcare, AI, data platforms, or regulated industries ✅ Ability to translate complex systems into clear narratives ✅ Strategic thinker (not just a slide designer) ✅ Experience working with founders / executives ✅ Excellent written English and presentation structure ✅ Familiarity with federal or regulatory audiences is a major plus Deliverables • Two fully structured pitch decks (approx. 10–15 slides each) • Clear narrative flow for each audience • Polished, professional visual style (not flashy) • Editable source files (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) • Optional: one-page executive summary per deck Budget & Timeline • Budget: Open to proposals based on experience (this is a senior engagement) • Timeline: Initial draft within 2–3 weeks • Ongoing work: Likely follow-on revisions and advisory role To Apply, Please Include 1. A brief explanation of your experience with: • Investor pitch decks • Government or regulatory presentations 2. 1–3 relevant examples (or redacted samples) 3. Your approach to tailoring messaging for different audiences 4. Confirmation that you can handle both strategy and structure, not just design Important Note This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work on policy-adjacent materials. If your background is limited to startup demo decks or marketing slides only, this will not be a good fit. Apply tot his job
