As a senior operations consultation manager on the Inventory Innovation team, you will contribute to Starbucks success as a part of bringing back the coffeehouse experience. This is an incredible opportunity for a partner to work directly with operations services, global supply chain, Starbucks technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Contribute to Starbucks success by bringing back the coffeehouse experience. • Work directly with operations services, global supply chain, and Starbucks technology. • Deliver key strategic initiatives. • Leverage relationships to create genuine connection and influence. • Build empathy for retail partners across cross-functional lines. • Thrive in ambiguity and ask questions to gain insights. • Determine root causes and pursue inclusive solutions. Requirements • Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience. • 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management. • 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment. • Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures. • Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships. • Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong analytical skills and decision making. • Ability to manage large or highly-complex projects. • Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes for effective implementation.
