Responsibilities • Lead integrated facility management, safety and EHSS programs, engineering teams, and serve as a key liaison for capital projects. • Oversee integrated facilities maintenance ($1.6M OPEX) and manage the MRO program, including $500K critical spare parts inventory. • Direct engineering SMEs and system ownership functions. • Own site safety and environmental programs and serve as primary liaison to external emergency agencies. • Partner with Capital Projects team and drive accountability for project timelines, budgets, and strategic alignment. • Ensure audit readiness with zero critical/major findings and represent F&E in inspections and compliance forums. • Serve as IMT Incident Commander for site-level emergency and pandemic responses. • Mentor and coach new managers and emerging leaders. Requirements • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Engineering experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of Engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Engineering experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of Engineering experience, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Engineering experience. • Minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources. Nice-to-haves • 10+ years of experience in Facilities, Engineering, or Supply Chain roles within a regulated industry. • Experience leading distributed teams and vendor staff. • Familiarity with EHSS regulations and compliance (OSHA, EPA, FDA, etc.). • Demonstrated success managing capital projects and large operational budgets.
