Senior Manager, Due Diligence

Job Description: • Lead senior investigators on complex due diligence investigations, including but not limited to special research projects, international reports, and reports with heavy narrative content or executive summaries • Guarantee company policies and industry guidelines are followed • Ensure KPIs are met and all qualitative and quantitative measures are followed to ensure client satisfaction • Confirm deliverables are completed and submitted to the QC team daily • Manage case assignments and reassignments • Coordinate with global contractors and vendors • Perform and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly productivity reports • Ensure accuracy ratios and production quotas for team members • Make enhancements to templates and relative resources/SOPs as needed • Coordinate with investigative leads to implement additional resources and new policies • Maintain team member retention through regular meetings and career pathing discussions • Complete special case assignments and assist with QC as needed • Stay current on international resources and databases; incorporate when possible • Act as a resource for client relations and sales teams in proposal writing, proposal delivery and client communication • Train investigators and provide writing guidance and coaching • Attend meetings with leadership • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • 6+ years of experience in due diligence research and investigations, with a preference for international experience • Extensive knowledge of due diligence databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, CLEAR, and TLO • Strong planning, organizational, and management skills • Ability to prioritize effectively • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage complex, fast-moving initiatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Physical requirements: The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Benefits: • Competitive compensation package, including equity • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones • 401k plan with a 4% employer match • Flexible vacation policy, encouraging you to take the time you need • Annual wellness allowance to support your health and well-being • Quarterly team events to keep us connected in a hybrid environment • Play a vital role in shaping our company's future • A fun and collaborative work environment where you'll be supported by a team of dedicated and collaborative colleagues Apply tot his job
