Senior Instructional Designer - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description: • Designs and develops high-quality Instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia course materials including course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, presentation slides, diagrams, lab exercises, instructor guides, lab setup guides, job aids, and assessments. • Creates visually appealing products that adhere to branding guidelines utilizing graphic, authoring, and video production tools. • Partners cross-functionally to scope requirements, objectives, and deliver projects by conducting front-end analysis including needs assessment, task analysis, content analysis, and instructional analysis. • pplies instructional design principles, methodologies, and adult learning theories for better learning experiences. • Owns the end-to-end design and development process for assigned projects through consistent status updates, leading quality content/product reviews, and lessons-learned discussions. Requirement/Must Have: • bility to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems. • bility to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience using graphic design. Experience: • 5 years of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, or similar role. • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Should Have: • Teamwork skills. • Strong communication skills including presentations and customer communication. • Good reprioritization skills. • bility to work independently. Qualification And Education: • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or a related field. • Master's degree in Instructional Design preferred. • E-Learning Instructional Design Certification upon hire.
