Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IAM Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in security architecture, particularly within identity and access management, and will possess strong collaborative skills to work effectively with various cross-functional teams. As a Senior IAM Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure identity and access management solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop Identity and Access Management Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive identity and access management solutions, including lifecycle management, access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC), identity governance, privileged access management, and more. Plan, Design, and Implement Security Architectures: Develop secure architectures for multi-cloud systems and workloads, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Gather Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including compliance standards, to design secure architectures. Utilize Best Security Practices: Apply best security practices from various domains, including public and private clouds, network, containerization, microservices, and S-SDLC. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering, infrastructure, development, database, security operations, and other teams to design and implement secure systems. Develop Corporate Security Standards: Collaborate with C-level management, engineering, infrastructure, development, database, security operations, and other teams to develop corporate security standards. Design and Implement Security and Disaster Recovery Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive security and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity. Report to C-Level Management: Provide regular updates and reports to C-level management and security directors on security architecture and implementation. Estimate and Build Project Plans: Estimate and build project plans, and organize the work of security engineers. Requirements Education and Experience Direct Security-Focused Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a security-related field, or proven equivalent experience. Experience in Identity and Access Management: 8+ years of experience in developing Identity and Access Management Solutions. Experience as a Security Architect: 5+ years of experience as a security architect within Identity Access Management or Privileged Access Management. Technical Skills Specific Skills in IAM Products: Specific skills in at least 2 of the following products: Okta, Auth0, Sailpoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Saviynt, and/or Forgerock. Cloud Security Experience: Successfully executed at least one Cloud security project. Security Consulting Experience: Security consulting experience in at least one business domain. Experience with DevOps: Experience working with the DevOps team. Experience Configuring Security Controls: Experience configuring security controls and policies (NIST SP 800-53). Soft Skills Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to design and implement secure architectures. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
