Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Software Engineer

FULL-TIME / 100% Remote / Within Europe / Central European Time Zone (CET) Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and qualifications) ____________________________________________________________________________ Skedda is a leading hybrid workplace experience platform dedicated to streamlining desk and room reservations and scheduling. We serve over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users, including IBM, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Harvard University. Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft365 and Google Workspace, and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to find innovative ways to increase lead generation and customer retention Leverage expertise to improve our GTM stack to enhance data-driven marketing workflows, lead enrichment, and automated outreach Opportunity to drive the optimization of the entire buying journey and complete customer lifecycle through impactful development projects Conduct data analysis to uncover actionable business insights while collaborating with key stakeholders to align on product objectives and data requirements Provide senior-level implementation for new projects across the GTM stack Implement full test automation for your work (we have a culture of ownership and quality) Own projects from a technical perspective, from conceptualization to launch Solve complex, but fun, technical challenges Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques and technologies Collaborate with engineering teams on design techniques and coding standards About You You honor your word and own whatever you take on You love to build intuitive software You make mistakes and learn fast You like small teams You’re not afraid to ask questions You pay attention to detail You want to make a difference in the real world You’re self-driven You follow your intuition and sync when needed You strive for excellence in everything you do Skills & Experience 5+ years of software development with C# and .NET/Core Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders outside of the engineering Strong experience with user analytics tools (Amplitude preferred) Strong experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) Strong TDD and test automation skills (both unit and integration testing) Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) Experience integrating with Third-party apis Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Azure DevOps experience is a plus Benefits Competitive salary, benefits package, and paid time off Flexible schedule Creative and collaborative work environment Direct exposure to the leadership team across departments Be empowered to leave a significant mark on the product and the customers A thorough, organized engineering onboarding process for quick learning Hardware of your choice – PC or Mac Develop with the latest platforms, frameworks, tooling and standards Work in, and maintain, a near zero technical debt environment Enjoy not having to support IE or Safari < 13 Our Tech Stack: Azure, .NET 8.x, C# 12, Ember.js 5.7 (Octane), Bootstrap 5.x,Selenium, Entity Framework 8.x, SQL Server 2022, Azure DevOps, About us We’re an international team from 20+ countries with a growing presence in Boston.
