Purpose The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and support Genesys Cloud Self Service IVR, Bot Flow, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns, and handle day-to-day requirements for Genesys Cloud Development (non-ACD). You will work closely with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer, your key responsibilities will include: Designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR, and NLU applications Maintaining add-on applications and API services Analyzing business requirements and designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring Genesys Cloud applications Collaborating with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions Driving requirements using input documents such as Meetings, BRD, Jira, and Service Now ticketing system Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, integration, and training documents) Staying updated with the latest Genesys Cloud announcements, releases, and features Working in U.S. Eastern Time hours Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 4+ years of experience in designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows, Genesys Scripting, ASR, NLU, AI Bot Flows, and Cloud Dialer Campaigns Experience with Kore.ai and/or Cognigy integration is preferred Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, fix, and track Genesys Cloud IVR/Scripting/UI issues Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL Experience in integration with connectors for SalesForce and Oracle is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field Certification in Genesys Cloud is required U.S. citizen or Green Card holder Must be able to work full-time in the United States Candidate would need to pass Federal security checks as required by the client Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Teleperformance, we are committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
