About the Role: Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience As a Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will be part of the Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, which is responsible for designing and delivering seamless and delightful experiences for our customers. Your primary focus will be on customer-facing user experience, and you will have the opportunity to design across all sides of the marketplace, including consumer, merchant, and Dasher experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including research, product, engineering, analytics, and business, to drive the vision and strategy Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Design and ship high-quality product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business metrics About You: The Ideal Candidate We're excited to meet someone who is passionate about leading product strategy and vision for new product areas. You should be a senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should enjoy complex problem spaces and be able to bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer experience Strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design and deliver seamless and delightful experiences Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices Ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on marketplace products or services Knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to the development of design languages Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision Strong understanding of front-end development principles and ability to collaborate with engineers Experience with user research and testing, with the ability to inform design decisions with data What We Offer: Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
