The Community Support Platform and Chatbot Product Team The Community Support Platform (CSP) at blithequark is a critical system that empowers our global network of Community Support ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service with high efficiency. As part of the CSP vision, our Chatbot Product team is harnessing the power of AI to revolutionize our approach to customer service. We're seeking a talented Senior Full Stack iOS Software Engineer to join our team and play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions for our AI-driven customer service products. The Difference You Will Make As a Senior Full Stack iOS Software Engineer on our Chatbot Product team, you will work collaboratively with a team of talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing both backend workflows for LLM-driven chatbots and frontend user experiences across different platforms. You will drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle, from technical design to launch, and nurture a culture of technical quality from design to production operations. A Typical Day Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy and build high-quality products and features Lead and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch Review code and design documents, provide feedback on product specifications and mocks, and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions Nurture a culture of technical quality from design to production operations and drive continuous learning and innovation in the mobile industry Your Expertise To be successful in this role, you should have: 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications at scale with a high volume of users and an eye for visual details Expertise in Swift or Objective-C, UIKit, and SwiftUI, as well as knowledge of UI architecture and UI performance A strong product sense and a passion for UI and UX product development, with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical partners Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data, and other iOS, Android, and Web Engineers Experience with chatbot/AI products would be a plus, as well as a love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions A Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Essential Qualifications Strong understanding of iOS development principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-driven customer service products and chatbot development Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
