Job Responsibilities: Strategic Customer Success Management As a Senior Program Manager (Senior Customer Success Manager) at arenaflex, you will serve as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Your primary responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform, identifying areas of opportunity and developing strategies for growth Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations Collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team, driving revenue growth and business development Qualifications: Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and healthcare industry knowledge At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and stakeholders Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments Preferred Qualifications: Standing Out from the Crowd To stand out as a top candidate, you will have: At least 5 years of SaaS experience, with a deep understanding of software-as-a-service business models and the ability to drive adoption and retention At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer, with a strong understanding of the complex healthcare landscape and the ability to navigate its challenges Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
