Senior Employee Engagement Culture Consultant (Remote) - Sentara Health - Norfolk, VA - work from home job Company: Sentara Health Job description: Sentara is hiring a full-time Remote Senior Employee Engagement / Culture Consultant for Sentara in Norfolk, Virginia. This position will fully oversee the deployment of Sentara's employee and/or medical staff engagement surveys and associated culture/change management activities. This role includes project planning, survey administration, results roll-out, results interpretation, action planning, follow-up, communications, training, consulting, and culture/change management activities. Collaboration with stakeholders, HRBPs, and the Sentara Leadership Institute will be key components for success. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Level Degree required. Strong project management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Prior experience with large-scale change activities. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect and collaborate with others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfort presenting to groups of various sizes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Power Point & Excel). Proficiency with data analytics (interpreting, understanding, and effectively conveying survey results, benchmarks, metrics, etc.).
