Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy advanced data science models and algorithms using techniques such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling to drive business insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support. Utilize technical expertise in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and extract insights. Apply cloud computing technologies, including Azure/Databricks and Snowflake, to manage and analyze complex data sets. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business context behind large datasets and create meaningful analytic solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative fields, or a High School/GED and a minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative fields. Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science. At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize machine learning models. Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, PySpark, and SQL. Strong understanding of data analysis, feature engineering, and model development. Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, distributed computing, and data pipelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science. Experience working with IoT (Internet of Things) and Edge AI. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications. Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare data and analytics.
