Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/values and drive business impact. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space, with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analytics, and working with data at scale. Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful narrative, accessible across multiple audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
