Job Overview This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates located within the Central or Mountain Time Zone. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms to review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers. Your goal will be to verify the necessary data and information for processing, communicate effectively with providers to resolve issues, and meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance. Primary Responsibilities Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms and verifying the data/information necessary for processing Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear, simple language to ensure understanding Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma/GED and be at least 18 years of age. You should have a working knowledge of computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. Additionally, you must be able to work any shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST from Monday - Friday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.), using phones and computers as the primary job tools Healthcare experience Telecommuting Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you must reside within the Central or Mountain Time Zone, have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy, and have the ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure. You must also have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be able to receive a arenaflex-approved internet service.
