Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide timely updates and resolutions to stakeholders. Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and external vendors. Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support as needed. Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and procedures. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the software industry, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Represent the company in a professional manner, promoting our brand and values. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
