As a Senior Client Care Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of client care initiatives, providing expert guidance to less experienced team members, and driving process improvements to enhance overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of client care initiatives, including training and guiding less experienced Client Care Agents on new or updated services and procedural changes. Provide expert input and recommendations on process improvements and tool enhancements to drive overall client satisfaction. Perform complex client care tasks, including resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of policy to less experienced Client Care Agents, and coach them to meet defined productivity and performance goals. Collaborate with the immediate team and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless client care and issue resolution. Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance client care and operational efficiency. Engage with internal and external clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 4+ years of client support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience: Strong client care skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands. Effective organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Access. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information.
