As a Senior Associate on our team, you'll play a critical role in identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention. **About the Role** We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who can help us drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. As a Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Strategizing: Setting the direction for blithequark's Consumer Experience, identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience. * Analyzing: Using data (SQL/Mode) to produce insights that inform business decisions, forecasting and tracking key metrics. * Collaborating: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, analytics, and support, to guide priority projects that improve the customer experience. * Building: Owning company-level priority projects to improve blithequark's Consumer experience, from high-level strategy to detailed execution. **What We're Looking For** We're excited to welcome a talented individual who possesses: * 3+ years of experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment. * Experience handling requests from various channels efficiently and effectively. * A proven track record of creating structure out of chaos. * Problem-solving skills that involve thinking outside the box. * Analytical skills, with the ability to let data win arguments and pull complex data in SQL or model in Excel. * A sense of urgency, with a preference for accomplishing tasks today rather than tomorrow. **About blithequark** At blithequark, our mission is to empower local economies by providing a platform for businesses to thrive.
