Senior Analyst, Digital Engagement and Operations
Job Description: • Lead the creation and maintenance of sales tools and materials that effectively communicate the Aetna Digital story. • Support Digital Engagement Managers and leadership in preparing for and executing customer meetings across all segments (National Accounts, Public & Labor, Middle Market, Small Group) and specialized verticals. • Maintain Aetna Digital sales materials inclusive of presentation slides, RFP content, product demos, and Field Communications. • Serve as the primary point of contact with B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to create new materials and push updates as needed (no less than quarterly). • Manage the customer meeting database providing regular updates on meeting outcomes. • Understand the competitive market, Aetna’s technology positioning and be able to infuse key insights into the digital differentiation story. • Coordinate with subject matter experts within the team to understand and report on Digital successes and KPIs for customer consumption. • Shadow Engagement Managers in customer conversations to prepare for future advancement. • Help drive the Voice of the Customer intake process by maintaining the intake database and providing quarterly summaries. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in sales support, marketing or product management, preferably within a digital or technology team. • Minimum of 3 years building presentations using PowerPoint • Passion for health care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world's strongest health care companies even stronger. • Demonstrated relationship management skills: capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships. • Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect. • Strong, clear communicator: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper. • Able to translate and convey technical messages to non - technical audiences. • Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment while independently managing projects. • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high - quality work on - time. • Experience in a SAFe/Agile product development environment.
