Senior Amazon PPC Specialist (Contractor)
Fast-growing Amazon PPC agency looking for a highly proactive* Amazon PPC Specialist to manage several accounts to start and on-demand basis. This is NOT a VA or task-only role. You will be expected to identify issues, propose solutions, and act without waiting for instructions. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SBV) Proactively reach out and communicate for any improvement ideas Keyword harvesting, search term mining, negatives, bid & budget optimization Weekly performance reporting (clear, numbers-first) sent to your Account Manager Monthly client review presentations (we’ll provide structure/templates) Monitor KPIs: ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CPC, spend efficiency Proactively* assist with ad-hoc tasks to improve internal agency systems & processes Collaborate with the founder on testing new strategies and optimizations Requirements Hands-on Amazon PPC experience (managing real ad spend) Strong understanding of bids, placements, match types, and search term data Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Excel Clear written English (for reports & internal communication) Reliable, highly proactive*, and detail-oriented Experience with AdLabs or similar PPC automation/analysis tools (Training can be provided) Compensation $6–$11 USD/hour, depending on experience with room to grow (final rate depends on demonstrated proactivity, agency experience, and trial performance.)
