The Role: Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll work from the comfort of your own home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Your primary goal will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and troubleshoot problems Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Your Qualifications: What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion.
