Salesforce Administrator

Remote Full-time
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our company’s use of Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have real-world, practical experience with Salesforce — not just certification or coursework — to configure the system, maintain data quality, support users, build/administer custom objects/workflows, and help drive adoption and best practices across teams. Key Responsibilities: · Administer day-to-day Salesforce operations (user management, permissions, profiles/roles, data imports/exports, data quality, and deduplication). · Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows/automation (Process Builder / Flows), and custom views. · Build and maintain reports and dashboards, and support analytics/reporting needs for sales, service, or operations teams. · Manage data integrity: handle data imports, clean-ups, deduplication, migrations as needed. · Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for internal users. · Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translate into Salesforce configuration or process improvements. · Implement best practices for CRM use, data governance, and user adoption. · Optionally: handle integration with third-party apps or APIs, support sandbox management, change management, and release deployments. Qualifications / Experience: · Preferably a bachelor’s degree (in business, information systems, or related field) — a plus but not always mandatory. · Real-world Salesforce admin experience — ideally at least 4 years managing a live Salesforce org, with hands-on admin duties. · Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality: custom objects/fields, workflows/automations, data management, security/permissions, reporting/dashboards, user support. · Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise with non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, provide training, and document processes. · Proven track record of driving projects to completion, implementing improvements, and ensuring user adoption. · (Optional but advantageous) Experience with integrations, third-party tools, sandbox management, or code-level customization (if your org needs that).
