Sales Representative - promotional products

Growing promotional products company is looking for an industry experienced sales rep to add to their team. This person should be dynamic and results-driven. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in promotional products sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in account management and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for promotional products. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of promotional items to potential clients. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data effectively. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and campaigns that drive sales growth. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Skills • 3+ years of promotional products sales experience • Demonstrated ability in account management and territory management strategies. • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. • Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can influence sales strategies. • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies. • Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • promotional products sales: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
