Sales Representative
Kitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system seeking a Kitchen Sales Representative. This role involves working with clients to design kitchen spaces, generating leads, and providing proposals to create sales. Responsibilities Registers prospects in lead tracking system Generate leads by working personal contacts and social media Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions Use personal vehicle Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide 'before' photographs Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed Collects payments from clients Skills 1 Year minimum Kitchen or Bathroom Sales experience required Participate in home/trade show rotation Strong negotiating skills - One Meeting Close Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes 8-year-old or newer vehicle Benefits Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Flexible schedule Paid Training and Development Additional Perks: Uniform, swag, consultant of the month incentives, employee referral incentives.
