Role Summary This is a high-leverage revenue role . You’ll be the engine that drives B2B growth—building outbound strategies, locking in corporate housing deals, and deploying AI tools to scale faster than competitors. Managers who only “coordinate” will not survive here. This role is for doers —hungry, persistent, and obsessed with action. Responsibilities (Outcomes, Not Tasks) Drive outbound pipeline to generate qualified B2B leads, closing with cycle times $25K). Fluent English (near-native). Spanish is a plus. Mastery of CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Comfort with AI sales enablement: prompt engineering, workflow automation, proposal generation. Evidence you’ve personally moved revenue KPIs before (be ready to walk through step by step). Relentless ownership, speed under pressure, fanatical urgency.
