To strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for a driven Sales Engineerwith a hunter mindset and a passion for new business development and executing growth strategies. Job Description Your mission: You will be responsible for winning new clients in the German manufacturing sector and driving the full sales cycle- from lead generation to closing complex software project deals. With a focus on medium-sized to large industrial companies (typically €50m+ revenue), you'll help expand the company’s footprint in one of its key markets. Qualifications What you bring: Proven track record in IT consulting or custom software salesspecifically in a hunter role. Solid understanding of software development, embedded systems, IoT, and data-driven solutions. Ability to understand complex technical challenges and match them to the needs of the customers. Comfortable working closely with business units to sell and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. A strong network in established smart device manufacturers, industrial manufacturing, industrial automation, commercial appliances, or related segments. Experience improvingsales cyclesand navigating complex B2B sales environments. Proven track record of onboarding high lifetime value customers. Ability to identify opportunities in complex procurement environments. Strong willingness to travel (trade fairs, clients, networking, etc.). Familiarity with bid compliance, RFPs and RFQs, pricing structures, and contract requirements, and define winning strategies. Communication & relationship building: ability to build trust with decision-makers.procurement professionals and technical teams. A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the German market. Fluent in German and English. The role is 100% remote (basedin Germany).
