Sales Development Representative, Apps & Gaming

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively outreach and grow their pipeline of new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and executing creative prospecting strategies. Responsibilities Partner with an AE to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies for new business opportunities Identify and prioritize high-value companies based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Own the outbound prospecting process end-to-end: build and manage sequences, craft personalized messaging, and execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach on a consistent basis Create and qualify opportunities, ensuring a strong problem match and accurate CRM tracking Use prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Winmo, and Calendly to prioritize tasks and manage outreach Keep Salesforce and Outreach records clean and up to date—0 overdue tasks expected daily Collaborate with AEs on account strategy, map buying committees, and ensure smooth handoffs Track and adapt outreach tactics based on reply and conversion data Share insights with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to continuously improve prospecting outcomes Travel to attend industry events and conferences as needed to support outbound efforts and pipeline generation Skills 1–3+ years of outbound BDR or SDR experience supporting the US market Consistent and comfortable running high-frequency cold outbound outreach with strong follow-through Strong knowledge of modern prospecting tools and techniques Confidence in using Salesforce for daily hygiene, reports, and opportunity management Proficiency in Outreach (advanced sequencing, AB testing, task prioritization) Familiarity with Sales Navigator for persona targeting and list building A track record of booking high-quality meetings that align with ICP and sales goals Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently and iteratively Experience selling into brands or agencies is a plus Background in ad tech, digital marketing, or a related industry preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity Company Overview Vibe.co is the all-in-one self-serve platform built for performance marketers who want to turn Streaming TV into a true growth channel.
