Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, serving as the first point of contact for organizations seeking better visibility and control over their cloud spend. Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound engagement Engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce North’s solutions Research and personalize outreach to optimize conversion rates Collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) Test and refine sales strategies to improve outreach effectiveness Skills Strong communication skills (written & verbal) High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset Ability to quickly understand and explain complex solutions Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Comfort working in a high-growth startup environment Interest in cloud technology, AI, and business growth Prior experience in sales, customer success, or outbound prospecting Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, or FinOps Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools Understanding of cloud cost management or B2B SaaS sales Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Benefits Unlimited PTO.
